Overview

The 22.011 Mobile Workshop by Alura Trailer is a high-performance, insulated service unit designed for field operations in extreme conditions. It houses critical equipment including generator, compressor, lubrication kits, crane, and water systems to enable complete autonomy in remote locations.

Body & Construction

• 6 meters insulated steel body with 18 mm elastomeric rubber panels
• 18 mm plywood flooring with 80 mm steel cross members
• Sliding windows, fixed glass rear door, quick-access covers
• 4x aluminum shutters (1000×2300 mm)
• External control board, rear drawers, ventilation & exhaust system

Power & Electrical

• Generator: Perkins Diesel 22–23 kVa, 3-phase, 1500 rpm
• Compressor: 7.5 Hp piston, 630 L/min at 12 bar
• Air Tank: 250L chassis mounted
• Cable Roller: 20 m, 400V, auto-rewind
• Crane: 600–1200 kg, 10 m lift, 930W dual-speed hoist
• Welding: 300A MMA, 15 kVa, 3-phase

Lubrication System

• 4x oil pumps (20 l/min) with 15 m hose reels and digital guns
• 1x grease pump kit with hose reel (15 m, 400 bar), 1500 g/min output

Water & Cleaning

• Pressure Washer: 700 L/h @ 150 bar (3 kW)
• Water Tank: 1000 L stainless prism tank
• Transfer Pump: 4500 L/h, suction up to 8 m
• Water Hose Reel: 20 m, 20 bar, polyurethane sealed

Accessories

• Barrel lifting sling (500 kg tested to 2,000 kg)
• 4x LED signal lamps (NPN-818B, IP65, 12–24V)
• Hidden cabling, exhaust ducting, bumper compartments
