Overview

The Mobile Workshop Trailer is a heavy-duty, two-axle trailer that can be towed by commercial trucks or pickup-type vehicles. Designed for on-site maintenance, this unit delivers full workshop capability including compressed air, electrical power, lubrication, and tool access in a compact towable form.

It shares the robust MWS 2.1 equipment standard, but reconfigured for high maneuverability and deployment flexibility in field operations, mining sites, or military use cases.

• Generator: 28 kVA diesel (Perkins engine, Stamford alternator)
• Compressor: 7.5 hp piston compressor (15 bar)
• Workbench & storage: 10-drawer, 7-shelf modular cabinet
• Fluids: oil & antifreeze tanks, pumps, hose reels
• Grease pump system, 200L waste oil tank
• Cleaning: 500L water tank, 200 bar high-pressure washer
• CE-compliant electrical system, interior & exterior LED lighting
• Fire extinguishers (2x 6 kg ABC)

Trailer Construction

• Dual axle trailer chassis with mechanical suspension
• Steel C-type main frame and 18 mm plywood base
• PU coated insulation with Class A fire resistance
• Sliding side doors and ventilated rear section

Additional Features

The trailer can be configured with optional features such as roof-mounted lighting, air conditioning, solar charging panels, and telemetry systems for remote diagnostics. It supports both single-shift and continuous operation environments, making it ideal for 24/7 industrial service deployments.

Modular layout also allows the trailer to be converted into specialized units such as tire repair stations, electrical repair labs, or welding-only modules depending on the sector and terrain requirements.
