TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION of TANKER SEMI TRAILER – 35.000 LTR – 3 COMPARTMENTS
Tank: The tanker is manufactured as 3 equal compartments with breakwaters, providing a total capacity of 35,000 liters. The tank body and intermediate sections are made from 4 mm ST37 steel, ensuring structural integrity and durability. Each compartment is equipped with a drain plug at the bottom and a vapour release plug at the top for safe operation.
Features include a bottom loading system branded PEKERSAN, and a 4” API bottom discharge system also by PEKERSAN. Flexible piping sections connect the bottom valves to the discharge/loading cabinet to prevent damage from vibrations.
The tanker has an overflow pool with a drain valve at the top, a walking platform with rollover protection, and a pneumatic ladder at the rear. Overflow sensors (DUYUTANK brand), level indicators, and a vapour recovery valve (all PEKERSAN brand) enhance safety and operational control.
The loading/discharging cabinet is located on the right side and includes a 3” pump and meter/ticket printer (meter and printer to be supplied by the customer).
Chassis: Built with 5 mm ST 52 A1 quality sheet and 120x12 I beam steel for maximum strength.
Axles: SAF brand, each with a 9-ton load capacity.
Suspension: Air suspension on 3 axles equipped with WABCO brake system featuring EBS for reliable braking performance.
Tires: Bridgestone 385/65 R 22.5 tires mounted on 11.75-22.5 rims; total of 6 + 1 units.
Landing Leg: Double speed telescopic leg with a 24-ton load capacity.
King-Pin: 2” king-pin manufactured according to DIN standards.
Electric System: SA-BA brand 24-volt electrical system compliant with ADR regulations. Includes lighting and electrical sockets conforming to European Community 76/756 EWG and ISO 12098 standards. Rear side lighting features multi-section stop lights integrated with triangular reflectors and limit lights on all sides for enhanced visibility.
