20 FT Container Chassis Trailers with ADR Certification

Dimensions:

• Length: 8,203 mm

Chassis & Structure:

Constructed from high-strength ST-52 steel with an 8 mm thickness chassis plate and a 14 mm width for the 120 mm “I” cut chassis beams. The plate for reinforcement runs from king pin to the legs, made of 180x16 mm ST-52 steel with rounded ends for durability and stress distribution.

Axles & Suspension:

• 3 OSMAN KOC brand drum brake axles
• Air suspension system on all three axles

Brake & Safety System:

• WABCO 2s2m / EBS brake system
• SA-BA brand electrical system with LED side lamps every 2.5 meters
• ADR certified electrical system
• Connectors: 15 and 7 pin
• Rear lamps with steel protection, opening/closing capability
• Reflectors and velocity plates (red and white crosses)

King-pin & Landing Gear:

• OMS brand 2” king-pin
• 24 ton double-speed mechanical landing legs with TÜV certification
• Heavy-duty air spring type landing gear

Twist Locks & Load Securing:

Equipped with 4 TÜV-certified twist locks suitable for:

• 1 x 40” container
• 2 x 20” containers
• 1 x 20” container positioned in the middle of the chassis

Twist lock locations are painted, and pins are galvanized for nighttime visibility.

Wheels & Tires:

• 385/65 R 22.5 Bridgestone tires, 6+1 units with rims

Paint & Finish:

Epoxy coating with paint according to RAL color code (customizable). Logos and accessories are finished in corresponding RAL colors.
