20ft Mobile Workshop Containers as Truck Body or Trailer
Alura Trailer designs 20ft mobile workshop containers that can be mounted directly on truck chassis or on a semi trailer platform (MWS 2.1). This flexible concept allows operators to use the same engineering platform as:
- A truck-mounted workshop body for agile field operations
- A trailer-based mobile workshop that can be coupled to different tractors
Each 20ft workshop container is engineered for heavy-duty use in mining, construction, energy, infrastructure and service fleets, with fully integrated power generation, compressed air and lubrication systems.
MWS 2.1 – Integrated Power, Air & Lubrication Systems
The MWS 2.1 configuration offers a complete package for field maintenance. Typical system integration includes:
- Diesel Generator (15–30 kVA, sound-proof canopy)
- Industrial Air Compressor (5.5–11 kW) with air receiver
- Lubrication System – engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil tanks
- Pneumatic Oil Pumps with hose reels (10–20 m)
- Grease Pump with high-pressure hose reel
- Waste Oil Tank with suction and discharge system
- Diesel Refuelling Pump and hose reel (optional)
- Water Tank + Pressure Washer for cleaning
- Workbench & Vice with tool cabinets and drawers
- Interior & Exterior LED Lighting with IP-rated fittings
- Electrical Distribution Panel and safety protection
All equipment is mounted on reinforced bases with vibration isolation, ensuring reliable performance whether the workshop is installed on a truck frame or on a semi trailer.
