New Model: 26082 Mobile Lube Service Truck
Alura Trailer introduces the 26082 Mobile Lube Service Truck, a truck-mounted service model designed to bring lubricants, diesel, water and maintenance support directly to heavy equipment. The configuration combines 2,000-litre diesel and oil tanks, five oil dispensing lines, grease service, waste-oil collection, onboard power and compressed air in one purpose-built body.
Developed for on-site fleet maintenance, the model brings several recurring service tasks together: supplying fresh oil, transferring diesel, collecting used oil, greasing machinery and cleaning suitable components. The 6.5-metre body organizes these systems into accessible compartments for field service teams.

Application: On-site lubrication and fluid service
Illustrated chassis: MAN truck
Manufacturer: Alura Trailer - Türkiye
Bulk Fluid Storage for Field Maintenance
The reference configuration includes a 2,000-litre diesel tank, a separate 2,000-litre oil tank and a 1,000-litre stainless-steel water tank. The internal layout also shows five oil barrels and a dedicated waste-oil barrel, allowing different service fluids and recovered oil to be carried separately.
The diesel tank is specified in 4 mm ST 37 carbon steel with a level indicator and 600 mm manhole covers. The oil tank includes filling caps, a level indicator and a drain valve. The water tank is specified in 2 mm stainless steel with filling, level indication and drainage provisions.
Five Oil Dispensing Lines with Digital Metering
The oil service package comprises five Raasm pneumatic pumps, five 15-metre hose reels and five digitally metered oil guns. The pumps are listed at 18 litres/minute each, with a working air pressure of 6–8 bar.
Dedicated dispensing equipment helps the team organize lubricant grades and bring the selected oil line to the machine's service point. The digital meters support measured dispensing, while retractable reels provide hose storage between service operations. Actual delivery rates depend on fluid viscosity and operating conditions.

Specifications describe the reference equipment package. Storage volumes are not a statement of permitted vehicle payload. The final chassis and working fill levels are selected according to complete vehicle weight and axle-load distribution.
Diesel Dispensing and Waste-Oil Recovery
The diesel circuit combines the 2,000-litre tank with a 45-litre/minute electric transfer pump, an automatic fuel gun and a 15-metre reel. This provides a dedicated diesel supply function alongside the lubrication systems.
For used oil, the schedule specifies a Raasm diaphragm pump rated at 70 litres/minute, a 15-metre waste-oil reel and a 15-litre collection pan. The layout identifies a separate waste-oil barrel, keeping recovered oil apart from the fresh-oil storage and dispensing arrangement.
Onboard Power and Compressed Air
The diesel generator uses a Perkins 404A-22G1 engine and a Leroy Somer alternator. The equipment schedule lists 33 kVA / 26.4 kW, with a distinct 30 kVA / 24 kW prime rating, and 400/230 V three-phase output at 1,500 rpm.
An ABAC AB6000 piston compressor is specified at 11 bar with 657 litres/minute air intake. A 250-litre air receiver, regulator and 15-metre air reel complete the compressed-air package. The central control panel, mains connection and electrical cable reel provide interfaces for the onboard service equipment.
Grease Service and 200-Bar Pressure Washing
A 50:1 pneumatic grease lubrication kit with a listed flow of 1,500 g/min supports routine greasing, together with a dedicated 15-metre reel and grease gun.
The cleaning package includes a 200-bar pressure washer rated at 900 litres/hour, operating on a 380 V three-phase supply. A 15-metre washing reel and a separate water pump complement the 1,000-litre water tank for maintenance-related cleaning tasks.
Accessible Equipment in a Purpose-Built Body
The body measures 6,500 mm long, 2,450 mm wide and 2,500 mm high. Its specification includes bent C-section steel, 3 mm column sheets, 2 mm panels, 80 mm-high base cross members and an 18 mm plywood base, together with insulation and protective industrial coating.
Three manually operated, locking aluminium shutters provide equipment access: two are specified at 110 × 230 cm and one at 125 × 230 cm. Stainless hinges and locks, protected electrical routing, rear access and dedicated generator and compressor access points support day-to-day servicing.
A Kocel metal cabinet with three drawers and six shelves provides storage for service items. A 1-tonne chain hoist with a 5-metre lifting height supports handling within the designed mounting arrangement. Interior and exterior lighting and two 6 kg ABC fire extinguishers are also included in the equipment schedule.

A Service Package Matched to Your Fleet
The 26082 brings oil, diesel, water, grease, power and air together for service teams working across multiple equipment locations. Bringing these systems to the machinery can reduce the need to move equipment to a fixed service point for routine maintenance.
Project planning starts with the machine types, lubricant grades, service intervals and required working fluid volumes. These requirements establish the equipment package and load distribution before the final truck chassis and operating configuration are agreed.
