NEW MODEL

New Model: High Tonnage Lube Trucks by Alura Trailer

Alura Trailer introduces High Tonnage Lube Trucks, a truck-mounted lubrication model developed to bring high-capacity fluid storage and service equipment directly to heavy machinery. The configuration combines fresh-oil dispensing, waste hydraulic oil collection, grease lubrication, compressed air and pressure washing in one purpose-built service body.

For equipment working across mining, quarrying, construction and remote industrial sites, routine lubrication requires more than carrying a few drums. This model brings dedicated tanks, pumps and hose reels together so maintenance teams can carry out fluid service close to the equipment's operating location.

High-Capacity Lubrication at the Point of Service

The model is organized around separate fluid circuits. Hydraulic oil, engine oil and used hydraulic oil each have a dedicated large-capacity tank, while smaller tanks serve additional lubricants, water and coolant. This layout supports a planned service visit with the required fluids and dispensing equipment carried on the same vehicle.

Bringing these systems to the work site can reduce the need to move heavy machinery to a fixed lubrication point for routine service. The required tank allocation and operating fill levels are determined around the fleet, service schedule and available truck payload.

Dedicated Tanks for Oils, Water and Coolant

The reference configuration specifies three 4,000-litre tanks: one for hydraulic oil, one for waste hydraulic oil and one for engine oil. Two additional 1,000-litre oil tanks serve SAE 30 and SAE 50 lubricants. A 1,000-litre water tank and a separate coolant tank complete the fluid storage arrangement.

The tank specification includes filling points, level indicators, drain valves and inspection access. Dedicated waste hydraulic oil storage allows recovered fluid to be carried separately from fresh lubricants during maintenance operations.

Reference equipment specifications are subject to the final agreed configuration. Tank capacities describe storage volumes, not the truck's permitted payload; chassis selection and working fill levels depend on the completed vehicle's weight and axle-load distribution.

Pumps, Hose Reels and Controlled Dispensing

The dispensing package uses Raasm lubrication equipment, including diaphragm pumps, pneumatic oil pumps, hose reels and metered dispensing guns. The rear service layout groups hose access and pumping equipment into a dedicated working area, with circuits for oils, grease, coolant, water and compressed air.

The drawings specify 15-metre hose reels for the service lines. This reach allows technicians to position the truck alongside machinery and bring the appropriate hose to the service point. Separate fluid circuits help keep lubricant types organized throughout the operation.

Grease Service for Heavy Machinery

Drum-fed pneumatic grease pumps and dedicated grease reels support routine lubrication of machinery service points. The equipment schedule includes 40:1 and 70:1 grease pump configurations, drum covers, follower plates and grease guns.

The drum-handling arrangement incorporates a chain hoist. Together with accessible service compartments, it provides a practical layout for replenishing consumables and maintaining the onboard lubrication equipment.

Diesel Compressed Air and Hot/Cold Washing

An Atlas Copco U 110 diesel compressor is specified with 7 bar working pressure and 2.8 m³/min free air delivery. Its Kubota D902 engine is listed at 18.5 kW. The compressed-air system supports the pneumatic service equipment and includes an air receiver, regulation and distribution components.

The cleaning package includes a diesel-powered hot/cold pressure washer rated up to 250 bar. A dedicated washing reel allows suitable machinery surfaces and components to be cleaned as part of the maintenance visit, while the separate water circuit supports general water service.

A Service Body Built Around Equipment Access

The 7.5-metre body combines a steel supporting structure with aluminium roller shutters and accessible equipment compartments. The specification includes stainless hinges and locks, protective surface coatings, equipment ventilation, concealed electrical routing and interior and exterior lighting.

Quick-access compartments serve the compressor and washing equipment, while the rear dispensing area keeps hoses and pumps together. Roof access, tank inspection points and a central control panel support the day-to-day operation and servicing of the body.

Specify the Model Around Your Fleet

The MAN-based visualization presents the model's truck-mounted format. Final truck selection follows the service body's equipment weight, required fluid load and intended operating environment. Tank allocation and dispensing equipment can then be matched to the machinery and maintenance intervals involved.

To develop a project specification, provide the machine types, daily service requirements, lubricant grades, expected fluid volumes and preferred chassis. These details establish the storage, pumping and access requirements for the finished vehicle.
