Mobile Workshop Truck Bodies for Lightweight Chassis (MWS 2.1)

Mobile Workshop Solutions for Light-Duty Trucks

Alura Trailer introduces the MWS 2.1 — a compact and lightweight Mobile Workshop Truck Body engineered for vehicles such as Iveco Daily, Hino Dutro, Fuso Canter, Isuzu N-Series, Renault Master and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. This model is specially designed for fleets that require high functionality but operate with light-duty truck platforms.

The MWS 2.1 body structure provides all core workshop capabilities — lubrication, air supply, tool storage, electrical power, pressure washing, waste oil management and field-level service — without overloading the chassis. Its low body mass and optimized center of gravity ensure high stability and efficiency, even on 3.5–7.5 ton truck frames.

Compact but Fully Equipped

Despite its smaller footprint, the MWS 2.1 integrates all key systems required for on-site service operations:

  • 1 × 1,000–1,500 L Diesel Tank (optional) for mobile refueling
  • Raasm pneumatic oil pumps (2–3 units)
  • Oil hose reels (10–15 m)
  • Grease pump & grease hose reel
  • Diagram pump for waste oil suction
  • 150–250 L Waste Oil Tank
  • High-pressure washer
  • 5.5 HP compact air compressor
  • 120–200 L air tank
  • 6–10 kVA generator
  • Aluminum roller shutters
  • Interior LED lighting (IP65)

This configuration transforms a standard light-duty truck into a fast-response maintenance vehicle capable of supporting field teams in construction, municipal services, agricultural operations and industrial maintenance tasks.

Optimized for Lightweight Chassis

Since light commercial truck platforms have limited payload capacity, the MWS 2.1 body is built using:

  • Aluminum-composite panel system for weight reduction
  • High-strength but lightweight frame structure
  • Reinforced floor plates
  • Aerodynamic flat side paneling
  • Low-profile equipment layout to maximize stability

The result is a workshop body that delivers maximum operational capability without compromising safety, fuel economy or legal axle load distribution — essential for Iveco Daily, Fuso Canter, and Mercedes Sprinter configurations.
